First time building a pc and I believed I screwed up badly. A friend recommended computer heaven and on Saturday an hour before closing I showed up. I wasn’t expecting to get my issue resolved nor was I expecting the staff to be that attentive but when I walked in miles greeted me and was extremely polite and professional and went to quick work. My lack of knowledge and experience in no way hindered his ability to help me correctly assemble the last few parts of my pc and he seemed to take true enjoyment from it. I would highly recommend computer heaven for all of your needs

I had some PC issues and dropped it off here. I've been dealing with them over the past week or so and I have zero complaints. Only a positive experience. They had super fair pricing and everyone there was knowledgeable and happy to help. Got my computer back and all is well now. I'll be recommending in the future!

My experience at Computer Heaven was pleasant and resourceful. The sales technician who assisted me, Stephen, was professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. I was in the market for a new desktop p/c and Stephen was instrumental in helping me choose the machine that, I believe, will fit my needs. My experience with the team was ok, everyone was kind and there was no issue with any employees. UPDATE AT END! The bad review comes from the price. I was charged a $80.00 diagnostic fee. The next day I was called saying that they would need more time to diagnose which was another 45 dollars. The day after they called saying that they found the issue and it was a 60 dollar part that they could fix today with another hour of labor. My total ended up being $254 plus the $80 diagnostic fee equaling out to $330. The part they replaced took 8 screws to pull off and 4 to put the new piece on. The hourly rate on the repair was $125. It’s nice they got it fixed fast but $330 dollars to replace a $60 part is absurd. UPDATE: Computer heaven’s manager called me the next day and worked through the issue with me. This was a great response and the computer is working great!

My laptop was hacked (frozen screen!)... the latest symptom of scammers, I think. I was referred to my "computer people" by my bank to have my system scrubbed. So far, my system is working just fine. Thank you, Computer Heaven, for your help in this matter. :)

Today was my first time at Computer Heaven. I was having issues with my laptop and my son suggested taking it there. Tyrone Scott helped me out and he was awesome! Friendly, patient, and effective. I hope I won’t have computer issues again, but if so, I will definitely return to Computer Heaven. 5 star experience!

I dropped my gaming pc off for a diagnostic/repair after I couldn’t get it to post. My technician (Aubrey) was very good at communicating the issue and got it done quickly. Anybody who has had experience with a service department of any kind should know things don’t always get finished on time, and that’s where I think a lot of these bad reviews come from. The price was not bad for a well established store/repair center either. The store demos were pretty sweet and the staff were friendly and understanding. If I have any issues with electronics again, this is where I’d go. My PC now runs great.
